UPDATE 7/31/21-PSA from our shop- Due to the impact of the global COVID-19 outbreak and weather conditions in many states it may affect the delivery schedule to some destinations. Your orders may experience major shipping delays, we ask that you please be patient. Your order will reach you. We suggest you keep abreast of the latest news and updates by checking your local/nation news channels as well as checking the USPS website in the USA as well as your country for any updates. We will also update this FAQS page every week or when needed, so please check back or email us if you have any questions regarding your orders.

Please have in mind with Continued COVID-19 & world current events such as weather conditions-FAQ shipping times: Orders being place during these uncertain times maybe delayed longer than expected to process and in some circumstances shipping times may exceed our normal 3-4 days, so please be patient. We'll send an email with tracking number when your order ships and even then it could be delayed, also please check your junk folders.

Our Services:  We want everyone to be happy with their purchase, However in the event we experience unusual or suspicious activities from an account. We do have the right to refuse and block your account from future purchases.             

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You should never mail your return without making contact with a Wicked Sisters Cosmetics Rep and obtaining a unique reference number: Once you receive the unique reference number you may return your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping rates vary, Please feel free to add the items you'd like to your cart, proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address. Just before complete checkout you will be able to see shipping charges. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns
Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. So please contact us right away with your order number and full name. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Tracking is strongly recommended as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your item arrived Damaged or Defective please do not hesitate to email us right away : info@wickedsisterscosmetics.com with the picture of the item. Please include your order number and full name.

Tracking on all orders

*Customs fees may apply to international orders depending on your country's postal service. We have no control over these additional fees.

I received my tracking number but why does it says " NOT FOUND"?

Please allow 24 Hours for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

 

Please keep in mind Postal Holidays as we can not ship these dates

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items and Final Sale:   Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately all sale items and final sale cannot be refunded nor exchanged.the billing step, you will be able to see the most accurate USPS rate for your package. (tracking available all orders) 

Do you ship internationally?

 Yes!

How long will it take to receive my order?

DOMESTIC

Once your order is fulfilled it take can take 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS, depending on the mail service. Please make note that we do not ship on the weekends. 

You will receive a USPS tracking number by email when your order is fulfilled.

Please allow for extra business days for your order to be fulfilled around postal holidays   and major weather conditions.

 

INTERNATIONAL / CANADA

Shipment arrival will vary based and how long it takes to clear through customs.

I am an international customer and my tracking info has not updated.

Please rest assure that your order is on its way to you. The tracking for your order will be updated when it arrives to your country. It is up to your local post office to scan in the package when it is received. Sometimes they choose not to scan it but it is still on its way to you.

 

Does Wicked Sisters Cosmetics offer a PRO discount or any discount codes?

We don’t currently have a PRO discount, but are currently working on one, so please feel free to check back with us anytime. We do however from time to time, offer discount codes to our social media followers. (Only one coupon code per order at checkout can be used.) Are your products vegan?

Most of our products are vegan, however all products will be clearly labeled on our website under Ingredients on each page. If you don't see the word 100% Vegan Product in subtitle. It is not vegan. 

 

Are your products tested on animals?

 Our products are 100% cruelty free. We love all animals and we do not test on them ever!
